Un verbe peut avoir plusieurs sujets.

Quand le verbe a plusieurs sujets à la troisième personne du singulier, il s'accorde à la troisième personne du pluriel.
Exemple : le serveur, son aide et le cuisinier arriveront.
Quand le verbe a plusieurs sujets à des personnes différentes , il se met au pluriel.

Masculin + masculin - masculin pluriel (ils)
Féminin + masculin - masculin pluriel (ils)
Féminin + féminin - féminin pluriel (elles)
XXXXX + moi - nous
XXXXX + toi - vous
Toi et moi - nous

Quand un verbe a plusieurs sujets coordonnés par ou , par ni.
Si l'idée d'addition domine, le verbe se met au pluriel
Exemple:  Ni l'obscurité ni le silence ne l'arrêteront
Si l'idée de séparation domine, le verbe se met au singulier.
Une goutte ou un petit caillou tombe.
On peut souvent admettre les deux solutions
